Transfer to a second-

ary phone line upon

the loss of the primary

phone line.

¨ Apex Destiny 6100 control panel,

rev. 8.05 or greater

¨ System Sensor, RR1 Relay (DPDT)

- Transfer to Secondary Phone Line -

1) Upon loss of the primary phone line, the panel will energize the on-board relay which will

in turn energize the double pole double throw (DPDT) System Sensor RR1 relay.

2) This DPDT relay will now connect the secondary phone line to the panel. After four (4)

hours (programmable) the on-board relay will de-energize causing the DPDT relay to

reconnect the primary phone line to the panel.

3) If the primary phone line is still not active, then the above sequence will continue until the

primary phone line is restored.

The control panel will automatically switch to the secondary phone line upon loss

of the primary line.
